These Black Botija Olives contain no salt, no oil, no herbs, and have not been cured. They are 100% natural, sun-dried, ripe, certified organic olives with the pits removed. Each olive is nearly the size of a prune with thick, juicy, tasty and savory olive flesh.

Plump and robust with a complete intense flavor, these sun-dried Botija olives are grown on the first organic farm in Peru. They make a great addition to any Mediterranean dish, from pasta sauces to Spanish or Greek cuisine... or just snack on them right out of the bag!

More strongly-flavored than the bland olives commonly available, these olives can be soaked in a sea-salt solution for a milder taste.

Olives are high in Monounsaturated fat, iron, Vitamin E, and dietary fiber. Naturally ripened purple/black appearing olives contain anthocyanins (powerful antioxidants found in fruits or nuts with colorful skins).



Shelf Life: These olives have a 12 month shelf life if unopened. Once open, we recommend keeping them refrigerated.

These olives are top notch... April 13, 2010

From the taste to the texture, these are by far some of the most amazing olives I have ever tasted. They have just a slightly bitter taste to them, but the more you chew them, the more the flavor just soaks into your mouth. I would much rather eat olives like these than most of what I find in any supermarket!!

These are the best olives. Salt free and incredibly tasty. I have had the same from a jar with water before but these, packaged in a bag without water, are much much better.
