Raw Cacao Beans (100% Organic)
Quality:
100% raw and certified organic with fair trade growing and harvesting procedures. Washed with spring water to keep bacteria down. Our cacao products test in the 100-500 Cfu/g (Colony forming units per gram) range (unlike our competitors that have a 30,000 or more range). Our cacao products are tested once for every pallet sold. They are tested for mold. Not fermented - dried in the shade.

Our cacao beans are whole cacao beans from Ecuador.
