Jon-Michael is the best fitness instructor that I've ever met, and I've met many.  In terms of my goals, I wanted to tone up and lose 5-10 pounds and I didn't want to spend every single day at the gym doing it.  By the second session, I had learned almost 20 new exercises from him to do on my own, anywhere, and without having to purchase expensive equipment.  Having taken classes on strength training and yoga and having eaten local and organic foods for years, I thought I knew everything about fitness and nutrition.  I was so glad that I was wrong.  He will answer all of your questions, develop a customized plan based on your needs, have your best interests at heart, work through exercises with you, and make you feel empowered.  For those of you who believe that you will never be able to lose weight or that nothing will work for you, try it, even for only one session!  You CAN feel that sense of empowerment with your health.  Trust me!

Working with Jon-Michael is one of the best choices I've ever made.  Having someone there to keep you motivated every day, give you outstanding nutrional information, and really assess what the issues are and then find a way to work through them with you...it's exactly what I needed.

When you don't have anyone to work with you and support you, it's easy to lie to yourself and say that eventually, someday, you will lose that ten, twenty, fifty, pounds or more.  You can spend each day stuck in a rut of whatever your current lifestyle is...

...or, you can ask for help.  Jon-Michael is so helpful, available and responsive.  He really cares! He takes a genuine interest in getting to know you and working with you to achieve your goals.

You will see the results you are looking for!  This isn't a diet, or a fad...this will change your life.  It's definitely changing mine and I couldn't be happier!

It's been less than a week since I started the coaching program with Jon-Michael and I can already tell I am getting stronger and more determined. I have been eating a raw vegan diet for several years, but did not have the trim fit body I desired.  Jon-Michael has tweaked my diet to a new level and designed an exercise program for me.  I am motivated to stick with exercising and eating great because I email Jon-Michael my daily diary detailing my food, juices and water intake as well as my exercises for the day.  I look forward to getting a reply back from him as he critiques my day.  He always congratulates me on a job well done, but also encourages me to keep pushing myself.  It is rare to find a personal fitness coach that knows and understands true nutrition through raw food as well as being able to give guidance through a good exercise program.  I am looking forward to the weeks ahead as I gradually reach my goal of complete physical fitness.
