What is the Galaxy Wand Laser?
What if you could take a life-draining food or surface area in your home and change it into life-sustaining cell-resonance? Now, there is a new, revoltionary method to accomplish this - the Galaxy Wand Laser.
The Galaxy Wand Laser is a soft laser modified for high biofield performance of both the human body and common objects. It delivers powerful laser biostimulation for clinical and home use that is safe and effective. Its application is excellent for foods, jewelry, household items, yard and grounds, building materials, metals, hotel rooms (when traveling), targeted skin and body areas and more.
The Galaxy Wand Laser is a special modification of a sophisticated German Class 3A soft laser with a gallium-based (GaAIAs) semi-conductor diode chamber which emits a continuous red monochromatic light beam (635 – 670 nm) with a 5 mw output. GaAs has a high saturated electron velocity and high electron mobility, making it ideal for delivering complex beneficial bioelectromagnetic frequencies in its modified state.
Note: A laser (“light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation”) is a device which uses a quantum mechanical effect, stimulated emission, to generate a coherent beam of light from a lasing medium of controlled purity, size, and shape.

How is the Galaxy Wand Laser Modified?
The laser is modified in a special chamber on a double-ley line. The laser is then exposed to a multi-directional high energy photon device in a proprietary sequence which was developed through hundreds of hours of trial and error testing.

How Does the Galaxy Wand Laser Work?
Strictly speaking, using the Galaxy Wand Laser on items such as food or drinks is not actually “treating” the items, but instead is breaking an undesirable electromagnetic layering (like a sophisticated “encoding”) that is found on almost all commercially sold items, such as foods (including organic). When this encoding is broken by using the laser’s light, the full electromagnetic frequency spectrum of the food can be readily absorbed by the body – without having to break down layers of compressed “junk” frequencies. We have observed that this encoding does not occur on homegrown foods (such as what you grow in your backyard). People who have used the Galaxy Wand Laser on all their food (eating only 100% “unencoded” food) have remarked what a difference it has made in their digestion and energy levels. In addition to foods, this “junk” EMF encoding appears to be present on many common household items as well. Now, it is very easy to “break” this distorted encoding and restore many types of items to their normal, healthy resonance.

Once an item has been uncoded, it does not need to be treated again (unless it is subjected to an artificial EMF field again, such as being sent through the mail).

1. Food Treatment.
You may use this Galaxy Wand Laser to bioenergetically treat any food or liquids before you consume them. We recommend that you treat 100% of everything that you eat or drink.
Directions: Simply hold the laser a few inches away from the food or drink and shine the laser on it by slowly moving the laser back and forth over the item a few times (usually takes a few seconds). Be sure to cover the entire amount of food with the light.
O-Ring Testing: If you perform a QRATM O-ring test on a food before laser-treatment and then after laser-treatment, you will often be surprised to find that the “after” test is much stronger. In fact, you will find that many food items that initially fail the O-ring test (in other words, they test weak), are then able to pass the test with flying colors (i.e. test strong) after laser-treatment. If a food does not test strong after treating it with the laser, it is best not to consume it.

2. Self Help.
The unmodified version of this laser was originally designed for external skin application such as wrinkles, rashes, pimples, etc. The Galaxy Wand Laser, modified by PRL, may also be used for skin problems as well. However, we recommend using The Galaxy Wand Laser on a target skin area for only a few seconds (3 or 4 seconds) – not 6 to 12 minutes as recommended by the manufacturer (for the unmodified version). The reason for the shorter time is that PRL’s spectral modification makes it much more efficient in its bio-electromagnetic effects as well as enhancing the body’s ability to absorb beneficial, cell-resonant frequencies (in contrast to the unmodified version which does not emit cell-resonant frequencies).

Using the Galaxy Wand Laser on Selected Body Sites.
The Galaxy Wand Laser may be used on most body areas except the eyes and face. A simple method is to simply shine the immune-boosting red laser light on a selected body site, such as a painful left knee area, for 3 to 4 seconds. (Hold the light steadily over one area, right above the skin, or slowly “paint” the area back and forth with the light.) Next, it is recommended to massage a few drops of a Body Attar (an essential oil combination) to nourish and stabilize the pathway just released and opened by the Galaxy Wand Laser.
A second method is to follow the previous procedure, but then also apply the light for 3 to 4 seconds on the nearest “download” site (for left knee pain, the download area is the top and bottom of the left foot). Then apply a few drops of a Body Attar on the download site as well. (Please note: although the laser can be phenomenally helpful, it does not necessarily eliminate the need for Castor Oil Packs or Medi-Body Packs).
A third method for using the Galaxy Wand Laser is to apply the laser light for 3 to 4 seconds on a target area before you apply a Castor Oil Pack or a Medi-Body Pack to the area. Although using the laser before a pack is not required in the QRATM Protocol, it can be very helpful to open up the meridian pathways through the area for deeper detoxification. We recommend using the Galaxy Wand Laser on only up to 4 sites (or less) per day initially until the body’s meridian pathways become stronger. Then, the laser may be applied on up to 10 sites daily. Application times may vary from 3 to 4 seconds per site initially – and in certain cases, longer times may be used (7 to 8 seconds). Longer uses of the laser are not harmful, but may exceed an individual’s detoxification capacity in the initial stages of use and could evoke unnecessary detox reactions (such as feeling overly tired). Vata body types are the most sensitive to over-stimulation.

After each use of the Galaxy Wand Laser, we highly recommend drinking 2 oz. of Quantum Aloe Drink in 2 to 4 oz. of purified water to help cleanse the body of unwanted toxins that are often released internally after laser use.

3. Jewelry Treatment.
Based on QRATM O-ring testing, we have observed that most jewelry we have tested, even expensive jewelry (such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc. made with gemstones such as amethyst, tiger’s eye, quartz crystals, diamonds, emeralds, rubies, etc.) have somehow become encoded (which not only severely decreases their effectiveness in healing power, body protection and quantum resonance, but also delivers a life-depleting radiation). The Galaxy Wand Laser breaks the encoding and allows the original bio-electromagnetic resonance of gemstones and precious metals (such as gold, silver, brass, etc.) to be restored. QRATM O-ring testing will often demonstrate a dramatic change (from a very weak test to very strong) after laser use. Both gemstones and mirrors are usually much more heavily encoded than other items (and thus often emit high amounts of negative radiation). They will need a longer application time of the laser. For gemstones, shine the laser continuously over one side of a gemstone, such as a diamond ring, for about 60 seconds; then turn the gemstone over and repeat for another 60 seconds. This is usually sufficient tobreak the encoding. In rare cases, longer laser times may be needed (2 to 3 minutes per side). (Please note: the laser does note damage gemstones in any way.) Be sure to clear all your jewelry, including rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) by using the Galaxy Wand Laser.
To un-encode mirrors, use the “oval” technique, slowly repeating the tracing of an oval for about 10 times per section. Please note: Each morning, we recommend that you briefly treat all jewelry that you are going to wear that day to break any stray encoding and to release “junk” body energy that can often cling to jewelry decreasing or blocking its resonance.

4. Home Treatment.
Just as undesirable electromagnetic encoding (described above) has been discovered on many foods and jewelry, this encoding also appears globally on many items in your home (such as walls, floors, rugs, furniture, sinks, clothing, etc.). In fact, almost all home items (if bought from a store – not homemade) appear to be encoded. To break this encoding and dramatically increase the resonance of your living environment, simply shine the laser briefly on all objects in your home. 

5. Yard and Grounds.
In addition to other commonly encoded items, we have found that often the entire yard around a house (and other grounds areas) may also be encoded – possibly from toxins in municipal water or using commercially available fertilizers or other yard amendments. To “unencode” the yard and grounds areas, simply shine the laser in an “oval” on the ground, as in the previously described procedure, until the entire ground area has been done.
Note: It is especially helpful to QRATM-test selected areas of the ground before and after treatment to observe the dramatic difference. In order to increase the Vastu effect (i.e. incoming beneficial cosmic energies) into your home, treating the ground areas around your home is highly recommended.

6. Hotel Rooms.
You may carry the laser with you on trips so you can treat your hotel room. Be careful to leave the small piece of magnetite (which is one of the only known substances that cannot become encoded) in the laser carrying case to protect the laser from becoming encoded – otherwise, your laser itself may become encoded when going through airport metal detectors – thus severely limiting its effectiveness. If you suspect that your laser has become encoded, please inform us and we will be glad to check it for you.

How to Use the Galaxy Wand Laser

For Large Areas:
Such as a wall - slowly shine the laser light as if tracing a large oval shape (i.e. an oval about 4 feet long and 2 feet wide) over a section of the wall, standing about 4 feet from the wall. Slowly trace the oval on the wall in the same place for three times (this is usually sufficient to break the encoding of the area inside the oval).
Next, move on to another area of the wall and repeat this procedure. Continue until the entire wall has been lasered.
Then move to the next section of the wall and continue until all the surfaces of the walls have been done.
Next, move to the ceiling, then the floors.
Lastly, use the laser on all interior objects in your home – your bed, all furniture, dishes, clothing, etc.
It is especially important to treat all the windows and mirrors in your house.
Do not forget to treat the entire exterior of your house with the laser – external walls, sidewalks, roofing, etc. – as much as you can reach with the laser. After whole-house treatment with the Galaxy Wand Laser, in many cases, the entire house began to emit an excellent, highly beneficial, full house radiation – to the delight of the inhabitants.
