I feel amazing and now love to run October 9, 2010

When I first starting working with Jon-Michael, I weighed 150 lbs. and just felt very flabby and out of shape. I am so grateful for how far I have come.  I now weigh 136 lbs. I have come down 2 jean sizes and love running more every day!  I actually go to bed at night excited that I am going to get up in the morning and run!  I am now running 6 1/2 miles daily 5 days a week.  Then one day a week I consider my "treat day" and I try to run 10 miles or more.  More important to me now than how much I weigh is how I feel about myself.  I am so proud that I now not only eat healthy, but I exercise and tone my body every day.  I love the way I feel physically and emotionally and how I look in the mirror, I feel so much energy and see so much beauty.

The great thing about working with Jon-Mike, by phone &/or email as a Weight Loss and Fitness Trainer, is the personal, one-on-one attention you receive.  There is no expensive gym to join or food plan to purchase.  He teaches you how to work with what you have at home.  It's a total body overhaul!  He helps you not only lose the weight you want, but teaches you to eat healthier.  He can suggest substitutes for your favorite foods, even pizza!  What I also appreciated was the fact that Jon-Mike could modify my workouts when I informed him of my existing neck pain, which I have suffered from since my car accident.  He will email you videos to show you exactly how the exercises are done.  All-in-all, working with Jon-Mike has been a great experience, AND, he's always there to answer your questions 7 days a week!

I've spent a lot of time trying to lose weight and reach my ideal body size on my own.  I've tried everything.  If I listed it all here, I would run out of typing space! Nothing worked for me, until I decided to ask Jon-Michael for help.

Working with Jon-Michael is proving to be one of the best choices I've ever made.  Having someone there to support you and work with you every day is exactly what I needed.

I send Jon-Michael a food diary every day and list EVERYTHING I ate, or drank, and then Jon-Michael emails me back with questions, helpful suggestions, or alternatives, and basically lights the way for me to make the best choices I can possibly make for my health and body.  

If you are thinking about it, or not sure, just send him an email.  I honestly can't believe I waited as long as I did to ask for help.  You will see the results you are looking for and those results WILL last!
