Tastes even better than unraw pecan pie! December 10, 2010

This is delicious.  It has a nice pecan crunch, and the texture is nice and chewy.  A hint of lemon and apricot makes it very unique.  I don't get a weighed down feeling afterwards, and it isn't too sweet, as conventional pecan pie can be.  I like to dip mine in coconut spread!
