Benefits of Raw Cacao:  Studies have found that ingesting dark chocolate (versus commercial/cooked chocolate) stimulates the emission of endorphins that make us feel good.  Chocolate stimulates the production of serotonin in your body, acting as a natural antidepressant.  Antioxidants in cacao (nearly twice the amount of antioxidants in red wine and up to three times those found in green tea) reduce the amount of free radical molecules that can cause damage to our bodies.

I love the benefits of the dark raw chocolate syrup and how great the consistency is when mixing it into a chocolate coconut milk I make.  Tastes so wonderful!
