Hydration
Drink half of your body weight in ounces.  For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 oz. of water per day.

Spring water is the best type of water to consume, and glass water bottles are better than plastic bottles (no chemical leaching or metallic taste) to keep water at your side.

Dehydrating activities (require more water)
Exercise and hard work that leads to sweating
Alcohol consumption
Caffeine consumption
Most drugs (over the counter and prescription)

Foods to Eat
Fresh, organic, local, seasonal, and whole

Best sources for food
1. Wild food foraging

2. Growing your own food
3. Local organic Farmer's Markets
4. Organic produce at a grocery store

Transitioning away from unhealthy fats
When you eliminate or reduce dairy, and hydrogenated and cooked oils, it's essential to get your fats from a highly nutritious and digestible source.  Find at least one fat from the list below that you crave and digests well for you:

Good Fats

- fresh avocado
- raw organic olives
- raw organic nuts and seeds
- raw organic nut butters
- raw organic olive oil
- raw organic coconut butter
- raw organic tahini (ground organic sesame seeds)
- raw organic coconut oil
- fresh coconut (only if you can eat it fresh off the tree, imported coconuts are sprayed heavily at the border and usually rancid)

Best Fruits
- Fresh organic berries, citrus, melons, apples

Fruits to Avoid
- N
on-organic produce, dried fruit (unless you rehydrate them in water)

Morning Drink Recipe
One quart of Spring Water
1/2t.
Camu Camu Powder,
1/2t. B Vitamin supplement (in liquid form)
1 drop D3 Vitamin supplement (in liquid form)
1/2t
MSM
3 drops
Liquid Zeolite

Daily Practices
Sleep - The best hours to be asleep are between 9pm-3am.  Absolute minimum of 5 hours per night.  If you don't get 5 hours straight, you will only produce 10-30% of the amount of adrenaline for the next day--which leads to magnesium deficiencies, reduced brain function, and rapid heartbeat.

Exercise
- 60 minutes per day (most people will need to gradually build to this level).  Best way to exercise is outdoors in the sun (not between 10am-2pm)

Sunlight
- At least 40 minutes of natural sunlight per day (not between 10am-2pm) with no sunscreen.  Expose as much of your skin as possible.

Bathing
- Use one of our Chlorine Shower Filters for all showers and baths.  For bathing, add either Crystal Salt, organic apple cider vinegar, baking soda, or MSM.

Body Pounding
- On front and sides of legs, butt, chest, shoulders, bottom of feet (moves stagnation)

Rebounding (For lymphatic system workout and increased circulation)

Skin/body brushing
(For improved circulation and skin health)

The Studies of Weston Price
In his studies, he found that plagues of modern civilization (headaches, general muscle fatigue, dental cavities, impacted molars, tooth crowding, allergies, heart disease, asthma, and degenerative diseases such as tuberculosis and cancer) were not present in those cultures sustained by indigenous diets. However, within a single generation these same cultures experienced all the above listed ailments with the inclusion of Western foods in their diet such as: refined sugars, refined flours, canned goods, foods from depleted soil, processed vegetable oils, animals in confinement, dairy products, refined grains, extruded grains, soy, MSG, artificial flavorings, refined sweeteners, processed pickles, soft drinks, refined salt, synthetic vitamins, microwaving foods, irradiating foods, hybrid seeds, and GMO seeds.
                     -
Weston A. Price, D.D.S. (1870-1948) was a dentist and nutritionist.  He was the chairman of the Research Section of the American Dental Association from 1914-1923.
