Instructions for use:
1 Tbsp 2 times per day, 10 minutes before meals. Maximum recommended dose is 2 Tbsp 3 times per day. It is best to hold in the mouth for 10-20 seconds
before swallowing. Orgono Living Silica is safe, effective and well tolerated with no contraindications or drug interactions.

Expiry:
Remains fresh for up to 6 months after opening and up to 3 years when unopened and sealed. One bottle contains 68 servings of 1 Tbsp each. Organic silica
does not need to be refrigerated but should be stored in a cool area. Please
refrigerate if you are in a hot and humid climate.
Recommended Program:
We recommend taking 4 bottles. Following a dose of 1 tbs, 3 times per day,
each bottle should last 4 weeks to 6 weeks. The last bottle is for maintenance.
Maintenance dose should be: 1 tablespoon per day.
