Recommended Use
 
VEGETABLE CAPSULES:
Adults or children (age 4 and up): Take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily.
For special programs, up to 12 capsules daily may be taken

POWDER:
Take 1 teaspoon, 1 to 2 times daily. May be mixed in food or drinks.
For special programs, up to 4 tablespoons may be taken daily. Store in a cool, dry place.

CREAM:
Massage a small amount into skin daily, especially good for problem areas.  Nourishing, with no toxic chemicals, for radiant complexion and healthy skin.  Contains deep acting, immune stimulating compounds
