These have awesome texture, and they're pretty much tasteless so it's a clean slate to add whatever flavor you want to it. I added Parsley, Olive Oil, Hemp Oil, ACV, Chlorella, Sea Salt, and some other spices, it turned out amazing. Totally worth experiencing at least once, I will be ordering them again for further experimentation.

An amazing pasta alternative! November 5, 2010

I'm so glad that I found these kelp noodles, as they have a unique texture that makes eating them quite a joyful experience.  I like to add sauces and vegetables to them for protein-packed meals and love finding new recipes and uses for them.  They are easy to use and very easy to store and the low-calorie factor does not give me a weighed down feeling afterwards!
